Raise Capital Without Spending a Fortune … Even in a Recession!
As the U.S. economy suffers, small businesses have lost many of their traditional financing sources:
- The credit markets are frozen.
- Venture capitalists are few and far between.
- Private equity is hard to come by.
- Real estate is a bust.
Where will you find the next round of financing for your business?
Savvy entrepreneurs can still raise significant amounts of capital in this environment, without a large cash outlay.
How?
Through a customized Founders Round offering.
What is a Founders Round Offering?
It’s a low-cost option for privately raising equity capital in any state in the U.S. from friends, family and close business associates. Forget the banks, venture capitalists and private equity funds. They’re broke and looking to earn a living off you with high interest rates or large stakes in your company. Not us. We at PCMC are uniquely positioned to walk you through the Founders Round process at a low cost so that you can raise and keep the money you need for your business.
For more than a decade, we have consulted small businesses throughout the U.S. and Canada looking to raise equity capital in the U.S. During this time, we perfected our processes and can now pass our savings on to you.
How does it work?
When you purchase a Founders Round Package from PCMC, here is what we do:
- Review your business plan, corporate website or other documentation describing your business
- Review your organizational documents to determine the type of equity securities you should offer.
- Set you up with a transfer agent who will keep an official track of your owners’ equity interests and issue certificates evidencing those interests.
- Research your industry, market and growth potential.
- Create a one-page flyer describing your business operations, industry, future plans and management team.
- Retain securities/corporate counsel to provide all of the documentation necessary for you to conduct the offering.
- Coach you on crafting and delivering your elevator pitch and more detailed disclosure about your company.
- Instruct you on the Dos-and-Don’ts of securities offerings.
- Confirm that all documentation you receive from investors is complete before you conclude the sales.
- Direct your transfer agent to issue certificates to your investors when you conclude the offering.
How much money have PCMC clients raised?
Our clients have raised from $40,000 to over $900,000 from Founders Round offerings at prices per share ranging from $0.10 to $4. With numbers like that, you cannot afford to pass this offer up.

Where do I go after my Founders Round?
Planning is everything. This recession is a temporary business cycle which will have an upswing at some point, and you will want your company positioned to take full advantage. Several of the clients listed above used some of the money they raised to conduct follow-on offerings at higher prices, and some of those went on to trade publicly. Everything we do at PCMC, including the relationship we build with you, is geared to position your company so that you can continue to access the U.S. capital markets. Who knows, once you complete your Founders Round, you may want to conduct larger, follow-on offerings or take your company public. We will have helped you lay the groundwork. After that, the choice is yours.
