EDUCATION

Pubco White Papers, Inc. - (702) 222-9076
PubCo White Papers (PWP) is another subsidiary of Public Company Management Corporation and offers valuable, information packed white papers addressing critical issues and questions facing OTCBB and Pink Sheets companies, private companies looking to go public, and all market participants. PWP also is an invaluable marketing arm for the entire network of companies under the PCMC umbrella.

PWP provides one of the best sources of access to information about the US Capital Markets; a vital vein for companies desiring to enter the market. PubcoWhitePapers.com was created to provide an easily assessable destination for the information companies need to go public, stay public, and access the funding they need to reach their potential. This knowledge helps anyone who wants to build their company into a national or international player, providing jobs for others and wealth for themselves and their loved ones.

PWP is designed to give visitors the information they need to make informed choices for the good of their company. Because there are so many rules and regulations, many business owners defer to "experts" and end up making huge mistakes. The more management teams and individuals know and understand, the better able they are to evaluate the advice (and fees!) of these experts, and take control of the process of business development.

The information located at the site has been categorized into topic areas, to make it easier for visitors to find the information sought. If there are any topics which visitors don't see covered, the site offers an email feature which the visitor can email PWP about this topic. This provides a channel to open dialogue with not only white paper customers but also potential clients for other services within the PCMC network. PWP is the arm of the corporation that is always looking for more ways to help and educate business owners on the exciting possibilities that the US capital markets afford.

Economic Trends Favor the Growth of this Subsidiary. The robust United States economy has favorably affected the business media industry in recent years. Global economic trends also influence business media. As United States companies penetrate international markets, they seek communications partners that can help them sell their products and services. In addition, professionals and managers in international markets have an increasing need for business information. As a result, business media companies are producing international editions of their titles, launching new products for international venues, and designing their electronic media products to serve global audiences.

The business media industry has benefited from these trends. According to a Veronis Suhler & Associates Communications Industry Forecast, business-to-business communications was the fifth fastest growing segment of the overall communications industry, growing at a compound annual growth rate ("CAGR") of 7.4% during a five year period. One forecast pegged a 7.0% CAGR for business publications from 1997 to 2001, inclusive. The business-to-business media industry in the United States currently includes about 1,500 trade publishing companies that publish more than 5,000 titles. In addition, this industry produces approximately 3,900 trade shows that are operated by integrated media companies, independent show operators and, increasingly, financial owners, and an additional 2,100 association-owned shows. We mention trade shows and seminars as this is a potential product development focus for PWP.

Despite an active merger and acquisition market over the past few years, business media remains a fragmented industry with a wide array of owners. Furthermore, there is significant organic growth of new products, such as trade magazines, trade shows, conferences, and online services, as new markets and technologies develop. With relatively little capital required to launch new products, business media embrace entrepreneurial organic growth.

The demand for objective, current information and analysis on topics that are relevant in the market sectors served by business-to-business publications has increased significantly in recent years. Business-to-business, market-focused media provide communications channels that connect with a targeted group of customers.
