Stephen Brock - CEO, President & Director
Mr. Brock is President & CEO of Public Company Management Corporation. As an entrepreneur, Brock has formed three companies devoted to the small-cap market. Founded in 2000, GoPublicToday.com, Inc. (GPT) is a consulting firm that specializes in direct public offering programs. GPT provides a full spectrum of financial advisory services, including Business Plan Reviews, to a client base that includes emerging companies as well as established entities. Professional Consulting Management Services (PCMS), offers small public companies access to a broad range of professional services such as financial consultants, attorneys, certified public accountants and boutique investment bankers. PubCo White Papers, Inc. offers extensive research to help educate small business constituents - investors, issues and market participants - about a wide range of topics including regulatory, strategic planning and financing issues that impact the market.
Trae O'Neil High – Former Chief Financial Officer
Trae O'Neil High, Former Chief Legal Officer of PCMC, focused on managing the corporate legal function. His work primarily involved consultation regarding federal and state securities laws and international and state tax matters and maintaining compliance with various corporate regulations including corporate governance and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. Since 2003, Trae has represented clients in the field of corporate securities and taxation. In addition, he also serves as outside securities counsel for publicly traded and private small businesses. From July 2001 to September 2003, Trae served as a Senior for Deloitte & Touche, LLP, International Tax Financial Services practice in New York City. From May 1998 to August 2000, Trae served as Tax Research Specialist for Excel Communications, Inc. From September 2000 to May 2001, Trae attended Georgetown University Law Center where he received an LL.M in taxation. Trae received an MS in accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas, a JD from Southern Methodist University School of Law, and a BBA in finance from the University of Texas at Austin. Trae is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
